D2000 SAS - Starting

Process D2000 SAS is a client process of D2000 system. It is ready for use after successful starting and logon to process D2000 Server.

There are the same rules for starting process sas.exe as for any other client process of D2000 system. Use the following start parameters: /S <Server> or parameter /RD<RDS_name>.

Next parameters are the same as the start parameters of other client processes of D2000 system.

With the DODM, process D2000 SAS is represented by an object of Process type with the suffix .SAS.

Usually, processes D2000 SAS and D2000 Server do not run on the same computer. Therefore process must be started either with the parameter /S or with the parameter /RD. You also can define the automatic start of process - e.g. by using the utility StartCli.
