Function closes connection of graphic object EDADebugger to specified connection of EDA Server, EDA Client.

Parameters
_refId Reference to displayer of EDADebugger type (reference variable).

Description
It closes the connection of graphic object EDADebugger that created calling the function %HI_EDADebugOpen.
