System alarm states
System alarms can occur in various states. Overview of all Alarm object states is shown in the following table.
| Object state | Cause |
|---|---|
| Normal | No condition to start alarm has occurred. |
| Alarm | Condition to raise alarm has occurred. |
| Acknowledged | Alarm has been acknowledged by operator. |
| Blocked | Alarm is blocked by operator or the Blocked alarm parameter has been checked at the alarm configuration in process D2000 CNF. |
| Error | Object state cannot be evaluated. |
| Unacknowledged | Condition to finish the acknowledgement-required alarm had been met before its acknowledgement. |
| Unblocked | State occurs only if process D2000 Alarm is not running and operator unblocked given alarm in the Blocked state. |
