%WeekStartTime function

Function
The function returns the beginning time of the week given by the function arguments.
Declaration
TIME %WeekStartTime(
   INT in year,
   INT in week,
   INT in timeZone :=  %GetTimeZone()
 )

Parameters
year Year.
week Serial number of the week (week begins on Monday).
timeZone Forced time zone to convert to a local time. It is set as a time zone offset from UTC during winter in seconds.

Example
%WeekStartTime(2002,25)   ; the result is the abs. time that determines beginning of 25th week of year of 2002 - 17. 6. 2002
