Parameters
refId Identifier of Browser displayer.
row1 Index of row top left.
col1 Index of column top left.
row2 Index of row bottom right.
col2 Index of column bottom right.

Return value
BOOL – if the value is @TRUE, the function got the position for Drag&Drop, otherwise the values of "out" parameters are undefined.
