The function gets back a name of user currently logged in.

Return value
The name of user currently logged in.
Description
In the D2000 HI process, the return value is the
name of user currently logged in, or empty string, if the user is not
logged in.
In the D2000 Event process and during RPC procedures
executing, the name is determined by scrip that is called.
