The function %HI_GraphTimeZoneRemove cancels a definition of time zones.

 INT in _zoneId
 )
Parameters
refIdReference to graphic object (reference variable).
zoneIdIdentifier of zone which will be cancelled.
0 - cancels each of time zones.
Description
The function cancels a definition of time zones.
