ExitProc (_ExitProc@0 in Stdcall convenction) is called before stopping the D2000 KOM process (stopping the D2000 KOM process by the user, stopping the D2000 Server). The function handle should be as quick as possible. You should realize that the D2000 System may not be functioning and any use of call-back functions could be incorrect.
