The function suppresses writing values of specified object of the Historical value type into the archive database and leaves original values.

 Use of the function is meaningful for both historical values evaluated periodically (archiving method Periodical) and historical values evaluated on change (archiving method On value change). If a value of such a historical value is determined by the function %ARC_Nowrite(), the value will not be written into the archive database, and the original value will be left without a change.

For historical values evaluated on change (archiving method On value change), the function behaves like the function %ARC_Unwrite.
