refIdIdentifier of the Browser displayer.
row1Index of top left row.
col1Index of top left column .
row2Index of bottom right row.

Return value
BOOL – if the value is @TRUE, the function got the position for Drag&Drop, otherwise the values of "out" parameters are undefined.
