The action unregisters the name defined by the expression strExpression_Str. The unregistering is performed only in case, if
the given name has been registered by the same installation (ESL script). If
the instance is terminated without the unregistering of all
registered names, then they are to be unregistered automatically.
The key
word PUBLIC will provide the unregistering of an published name (see
the action GETACCESS).
