Selecting alarms in the Alarm list

Each alarm is selected from the list by mouse clicking the alarm name. To execute operation for a selection of alarms you must select these alarms first. You can select a continuous or a discontinuous selection of alarms.

To select a continuous selection of alarms

1. Click the first alarm of the selection.
2. Press and hold down the Shift key.
3. Click the last alarm of the selection.

To select an discontinuous selection of alarms

1. Press and hold down the Ctrl key.
2. Click the alarm names you want to add into the selection.

• To select all alarm in the list press the CTRL+A shortcut.
