Time channels - configuration dialog box

Editing of all objects in the process D2000 CNF is being performed in the configuration dialog box, a specific part of which is common for all editable objects and another part depends on the type of edited object.

Configuration dialog box of time channels consists of following parts (tabs):

General properties
Groups
Parameters

General properties

Description

A text string describing the time channel. Maximum: 128 characters.
Possibility to use Dictionary (to open it, use the shortcut: CTRL+L).

Status text

Defines a status text for the time channel. Status text allows to define names of individual states of the time channel.

Transformation palette

Selection of an index for transformation palette. See the chapter Transformation palette.

Value type

Selection of a value type of the time channel. Each time channel can only acquire one of the following value types:

• Boolean - logical
• Integer - integer
• Real - real

Parameters

Calendar

Selection of a calendar for controlling the time channel.

Day type

Selection of a day type for defining values. A value array of selected type is defined for each day type used in the calendar. This feature allows to define different behaviour for each day type.

Values

A value array of the time channel for selected day type. A value can be modified by double-clicking on it.

Add

Adds a new value of the time channel.

Delete

Deletes a value selected in the list of Values.

Copy

Copies selected values.

Paste

Inserts copied values.
