If you want to insert the sequence of DDE references, which differ in the consecutive number of archive value, into a workbook, you can use the following steps.

  1. Enter DDE reference without "=" into a cell. Use the lowest consecutive number of value. For example:

D_2000|ARCH_VALUE!WB1_Blok2_1

  1. Move a mouse pointer on the right bottom corner of the cell, which contains DDE reference.
  2. When changing the pointer, hold down the left-mouse button and drag as necessary into required direction.
  3. Release the button.
  4. Keep the selection and click on the Create reference in D2000 menu. The character "=" will be inserted in front of all DDE references. These DDE references represent the requirements for sequence of archive block values, for example:

=D_2000|ARCH_VALUE!WB1_Blok2_1
=D_2000|ARCH_VALUE!WB1_Blok2_2
=D_2000|ARCH_VALUE!WB1_Blok2_3
