D2000 CfgSynchro - simple copying
This type of copying is the simplest one. An object from source configuration database is copied
to destination configuration database.
The UID value remains the same. The HOBJ value:
-
If the object exists in the destination configuration database, it will be assigned an HOBJ value
from that database. If copying is performed as
Complete synchronization
of databases in a redundant system, the copied object keeps its HOBJ from the source configuration
database.
-
If the object does not exist in the destination configuration database, then it will keep its HOBJ
value from the source database after being copied, as long as the same value is not already present
in the destination configuration database.
If the copying violates the rule of name's unambiguousness in the destination configuration database, the
object must be renamed.
The tables show configuration databases before and after copying the object U.New. In the course of
copying its name needed to be changed. The valid object's name is U.New_ZMENA.
