The function
%HI_SetGraphButtonsToolTip sets
the text displayed as a tooltip for user-defined buttons placed left to the
table containing the descriptions of graphic flows in the displayer of
Graph or
XY Graph types (Control
function).

The function sets the text of tooltip for all user-defined buttons
placed left to the description of graphic flows in the displayer of
Graph or
XY Graph
types. If a button is
enabled, it generates the picture event
OnGraphBtnClick after clicking
the button.
