D2000 CfgSynchro - complete database synchronization

The initial setting of copying objects for this type of synchronization forces all changes in the destination database to be suppressed. New objects are going to be deleted and changed objects overwritten according to the configuration in the source database.

Note: If a program has been started with the parameter /NO_OBJLIFE, the object life logs are not synchronized.
