Function
The function returns TRUE, if the particular value (N-th in order) from an archive block blname has been written into the archive database during the time when the archiving was disabled - by Stop condition. If not, it returns FALSE.

IsArchBlock(DDEreference)

Parameters
DDEreference DDE reference in the format D_2000|ARCH_STATUS!blname_N or cell address, which contains the reference.
