The AMQP protocol is implemented in D2000 in the form of a JAVA event in the AMQP.EVH process. It has an API designed to be used to connect to any AMQP broker and to read any channels. Parameters are used for configuration, similar to the configuration of the SGCom process. Separation into a separate EVH process was done to avoid conflicting versions of Java libraries. It can be used to connect to multiple AMQP brokers within one application, so there is no need to duplicate the AMQP.EVH process.
An important feature of the AMQP protocol is that it is only a carrier layer that does not address the internal structure of the message (and therefore AMQP.EVH does not). The content of the message must already be understood by the application - it can be some XML, BLOB, JSON, or anything else.
