Function %SetDragDataFileList sets a file list as a
source of data for Drag&Drop.
Function %GetDragDataFileList fills a column of structured variable with
file list which is just being transferred during Drag&Drop.
If the function %IsDragData(0, _CF_FILE_LIST)
does not return @TRUE, the return value of this function is undefined.
