Function
The function NewDefinitionProc is called by the interface D2000 ObjApi in case of creating or deleting an new/existing child.
Declaration
void NewDefProc(const ObjectDescriptPtr descrPtr,const UvarDataPtr uvarPtr)

Parameters
The parameters descrPtr and uvarPtr defines parameters of a new object - name, Id etc. If the item status of the parameter ObjectDescript is Deleted, given object was deleted and another items are not important.
