The function sets or clears the state Weak of the given expression value. The result is a value of the same type as the expression.
Declaration

   UNIVAL in expression, 
   BOOL in value
 )

Parameters
expression Optional expression.
value @TRUE - assign.
@FALSE - does not assign the Weak state to evaluated expression value.
