%MSec function

Function
The function retrieves the time component  - millisecond - of given absolute time.
Declaration
INT %MSec(
   TIME in Arg,
   INT  in timeZone :=  %GetTimeZone()
 )

Parameters
Arg Function argument.
timeZone Forced time zone to convert to a local time. It is set as a time zone offset from UTC during winter in seconds.

Example
%MSec(SysTime)     ; the result is the current millisecond of the system time
